Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Waitresses are nice and the wings are good. Great place for sports, beer and heartburn lol.
I really only visit Buffalo Wild Wings if my friends/family suggest to go there. It is a great place for beers and watching sports. Wings are always average- good. Good enough if you have a wing craving! Customer service in the restaurant area whether I've been there for lunch or dinner is always painful and that's an understatement coming from someone who is very low maintenance when it comes to eating out. The host, and order counter seem to have a good handle on their job tasks but the servers always seem very lacked in training and also understaffed. My last visit, I saw two servers in charge of the entire restaurant including delivering food and cleaning tables. I have ten years of serving experience and felt bad even asking our server to do ANYTHING. We almost just left. Having two servers on at a busy time of day may be out of the ordinary but even what seems to be fully staffed service according to BBW standards is really lacking. Not a place I will go for lunch during the work week again as the last two visits have been over an hour to order, eat, pay, leave.
Love Bdubs ,but this location is very poorly managed. I sat there for 20 minutes, and no one came to the table, so i left, on my way out the door they thought I was trying to slip out on paying and were very disrespectful. You can look through the other comments and see that this is a common thing
the food is good but the service is HORRIBLE. i don't know whether the staff even understands the term CUSTOMER SERVICE. when i went i had to initiate all contact, even the greeting. this may be a training issue since all the staff in the building have bad habits.
The first time we went we dined in, we got seated and it took over 20 minutes just to put a drink order in. After we got our food our waitress didnt give us any napkins and didnt check on us at all. We had to flag her down to get refills. It was not busy this night. Tonight we placed a togo order. When i got there the guy repeated my order. When we got home we realized they gave us the wrong wings, and the entire order itself was wrong, i paid extra for things i didnt get. We will not do business there again.
