So slow! The drive through is incredibly slow every morning. Going inside has less people but the baristas are so slow to make drinks it still takes 20 minutes to get your drink. Do not go here if you don't have 30 minutes to spare.
Have been several times. Staff are friendly and professional. However, it's always extremely loud inside. The music is simply too loud (I'm a music lover, but I, like most, go to coffee shops to get work done, not to rock out). The physical setup of the store allows for little to no isolation and/or privacy. This proved frustrating on my most recent visit and forced me to leave as the music combined with noisy patrons made getting work done impossible. If you wanna party at a coffee shop, maybe this is the place you've been looking for. If you want to accomplish work (and aren't deaf), good luck.
My first visit was during morning rush hour. I elected to walk into the store because of the long line at the drive through. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by one of the baristas who opened a second register to get my drink started. I paid with the Starbucks app on my Galaxy S III with no issue (some locations I find myself fiddling with the phone and the barcode scanner). After payment, the barista explained the instructions for the survey that was issued with my receipt. My drink was quickly crafted and I was soon on my way! Great service, great beverage, but beware, prices are getting higher and higher. The location is convenient to Rosa Parks, Metro Center, Germantown and I-65.
Apparently they just wing it at this location instead of using the recipe. Worst cup Caramel Macchiato ever.
