Chili's Grill & Bar
Reviews
I have eaten in this Chili's at least 20 times in the past 10 years and to read the reviews am flabbergasted at the negativity. I wish I could review them 20 times. When any restaurant is busy expect to wait. The food here is typical Chili's. If you've had it before, you know it. I think it's great. Fresh food done well, consistently. I like college students and don't mind the ruckus. If you don't, stay in Brentwood.
Unsatisfactory and unprofessional, our waiter Justin was very rude, rushed, and didnt get any of our orders correctly. He even went far enough to make fun of us when he saw our dissatisfaction. We let the manager know about these mistakes and got 25% off, but after 3 attempts of getting the checks written out correctly, which took almost an hour. Sorry, but location isnt everything in a business.
I always have a great time at Chili's. The food is always hot and fresh. The fajitas are wonderful.
We had a small group of 6 here on Wednesday night (4.30.14) and our service was terrible and the food took forever. We went around nine so they weren't exactly slammed. We ordered appetizers and desserts. It took over an hour for my friend's molten lava cake to arrive. They seemed to have our waiter on tables all across the restaurant. I finally paid for my skillet queso TWO hours later and left while the rest of my group was trying to pay. Normally I would've complained to the manger but it was 11pm and there was no way I was going to spend any more time there. In short, I won't be back.
We went on Mothers Day. It was not crowded-- and the food was great and the waitress was friendly and prompt. They now have a screen at the table where you can order drink refills, dessert and even pay your check.
