No the service isn't quick but it's so friendly. Great southern food offering with a big list of rotating comfort food specials, all at a very reasonable price. The crowd is older because they offer a senior discount but the restaurant is welcoming to all. Since moving to Bellevue, we've made it a go-to a couple times a month. It's certainly a where-everyone-knows-your-name kind of place.
was pretty slow night and took 25 minutes to be greeted. Then another 15 to have water brought to us then 5 more to receive menu. Then the Manager became quite angry because we decided to go elsewhere. Literally screaming at us in the middle of the restaurant, that if we did not stay and order, that we then had to pay for our tap waters. We left. And will never ever go back.
Very cozy place. Good food and good selection. Meat and three type food available too. Good price.
Enjoying food poisoning! I had the hot chicken, green beans and squash casserole.
Good food. Decent price. Last time I was there the service was not great. Maybe she was having a bad day.
