Terrible Experience !!!!! AVOID unless you want Salmonella ! 1) Drink order was wrong 2) Never received salads 3) Food order was wrong 4) CHICKEN WAS RAW!!!!!!!!! The server took off the meal but said she still had to charge me for the salad (that we never received) After all of this the Manager never came to the table to apologize. When we left I approached her and explained our dining experience. She only said she had no idea and didn't even know where we were seated. NO APOLOGY
The worst experience at Cheddar's ever and we came up for vacation to see family. I will not be going back and I will let my friends and family in Knoxville know about it. Server was very inexperience (spilled drinks over the one year old baby and his mom.) Food was cold and the manager still wanted us to pay full price which we didn't ,we walk out without paying.
We got Cheddar's To-go and ate it at a nearby hotel. The spinach dip and chicken tenders were really good- and they even did the Monster Cookie Ice Cream to-go for us- it was really yum. Portion sizes were huge and we got stuffed and couldn't finish everything. 40$ for two meals, an appetizer, a dessert and tip. Good value.
It's a restaurant. And a good one at that. Yes, sometimes you will have to wait, but that's part of life. Yes, sometimes they will get your order wrong or give your wrong information. That just comes with the territory of the business. Things change so quickly sometimes it's hard to keep up with it all. However, I have never been disappointed with my visit. I have gone many times and I know that I'll probably have to wait. I also know that the servers will be busy and that at the end of the day we are all human and prone to make mistakes. They don't do it on purpose so I don't take it personally.
The food is awesome it's so worth the wait and trust me you will have to wait to eat here. But every time we go the servers are just terrible and every time we ask for sweet tea they bring us unsweet. But i just ignore the servers and enjoy their awesome food.
