This is one of the most delicious places I've been to. I haven't had one thing here that wasn't "SO yummy" and I eat here a lot! The Esteban is one of my favorites, but really all of the grilled cheeses are absolutely amazing. The owner is so friendly and always coming up with new things and the staff is always super friendly. One of my favorite lunch spots! It really is ALL so yummy!!

My family stopped here on our way through Knoxville and were very pleased. The Reuben sandwich was to die for and the ice cream was all fabulous. The Chipotle Mushroom soup was very, very good, too. You can't go wrong here!!

This place WAS fantastic before the new owner got a hold of it. Soups and Scoops used to be about comfort food with an atmosphere that was welcome. Not to mention a friendly staff. I am very sad to say that after going to Soups and Scoops/It's All So Yummy for several years now, I will stop going. Here are the reasons for that. 1. If you come in at any point at least 30 minutes before they close, they will act like you are preventing them from closing the store. The staff will be rude to you, and the soups will already be pulled and put in the back. Why in the world would anyone want a soup that needs to be heated up in the microwave from a place that specializes in soup? 2. It seems that they no longer alternate soups. For the past two months, it has been the same soups day in and day out. Not to mention the selection has reduced when they do put out soups and ice cream. I think it would be safe to say that these are the cheapest soups for them to make so they stick with them. 3. There is a very good chance that your order will be incorrect if you don't check the bag when it is to go. 4. Why in the world would you put a coffee bar and dog treats in a comfort food restaurant? Also, they took away the fountain drink machines, and replaced them with bottled soda. This once again saves them more money. Additionally, the tea is always old. The only reason that I did not put 1 star is because sometimes you can get decent food if you don't mind rude service. Also, the second star is more a memory star of a better place. The new owner has ran this place into the ground with what seems to be an attempt to turn a comfort food spot into a mid life crisis attempt to make a hip bistro establishment. EPIC FAIL!!!!

The ice cream is great and there is always a new, interesting flavor to try like Blue Moon or Hot Sauce. I've had a few of the grilled cheeses, but the pizza one is my favorite.
