I went to Newks for the second time this past Thursday august 28th during lunch. First time i went food was great, staff was pleasant. This past time though, the food was still great but the the hostess girl was extremely rude. She kept rolling her eyes, and sighing when i was trying to order. After that she just sat on her phone talking and laughing, with the occasional belch, the entire time i was there, or getting up and walking around on the phone throughout the restaurant. It is kinda pathetic really they would let an employee act like that. I will still go to Newks just not this location.
If you want some food that is quick and fresh that is served with a smile then this is the place for you! The homemade soups are amazing and the newks q sandwich is the best you'll ever taste!
If I could give Newk's more than 5 stars, I would. This restaurant is great. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is fantastic. I recommend the Newk's Q to anyone unsure of what to order.
