Visited this restaurant twice in the last six weeks. On both occasions, my order came out wrong. Management doesn't seem to care. Their resolve is to give you a card good for a free appetizer or dessert on your next visit. They care nothing about making your order correctly or your dining experience enjoyable while you are actually in the restaurant. They just want you to come back again so they can give you the same low-level service you expect at fast food restaurants.
Went for my son's birthday. They got his order wrong. Never checked back to see if the food was OK. We complained when they brought the check. So they offered to make it up by giving him a free dessert. (Which is free on your birthday, oh YAY his free dessert is free.) This was our second time at this Friday's where our service was less than poor. So it's not a problem with the servers, it's a problem with the management. I've eaten at TGIF's all over the country, this one sucks.

I was just here and had a blast with my lady and 4 other friends!
My last experience was terrible. My waiter took ten minutes to come to my table. My food was burnt and the manager was very anti about the situation. He offered to take $5 off after I kept saying I just want my food right. I was very unhappy and will not be returning.
