The room that had a very strong smelly odor to it. The carpet was very dirty and stained. In addition, there was mold in the showers. I do not suggest staying there under any circumstances.
Stay away! Moldy and dated. There's no internet signal in the rooms, you can pick it up better in the parking lot. (There's no password so help yourself. ) Extended rates are a impossible to get. No one would call me back. Every time I asked to talk to him he was busy. I was told they had a big wedding coming up and basically he was to busy to talk to me with in the 12 days I was there. And there was a must a few nights ago a block away. DON'T walk alone at night. This is not a safe area even with their security guard.
I stayed in this hotel nearly 8 years ago on our honeymoon as we were passing through. I booked at this same hotel expecting it to be a good quality and safe place to stay. I will say that I did feel safe as far as the location goes. The bar being on the opposite side of the lobby area only separated by elevators was a little different than at other hotels. I went swimming with my daughter in the pool. It seemed clean and well maintained. Upon leaving the pool area and returning to my room, I realized that my hair was green!! Yikes! I have heard of this happening before but it has never happened to me. I'm a sandy brunette with highlighted blonde pulled through my hair. I asked the front desk if this has ever happened to anyone or if they knew a solution. The gentleman working at the front desk was very apologetic but said that it must be an isolated incident because they had "shocked" the pool earlier that afternoon. The nights stay ended up a very costly one because I had to try many home remedies for my green hair. I ended up going to the salon for a clarifying treatment that removed the green. I was very upset with the ho-hum response from the front desk. I think that they could have apologized. I wish that they would agree to put up a sign in the future if they "shock" the pool and the chemical composition in the water will be altered. I was looking forward to staying at this hotel in the years to come. Did I mention that I have stayed here on numerous trips for the last 10 years. It has an old school Holiday Inn vibe even though it is no longer in the Holiday family. I am unsure if I will stay here again. I would like to hear managements response to my stay. I did write a letter prior to checking out that I left at the front desk. I explained my situation and asked to receive a phone call from management. That was just over 1 week ago and I have not heard a response. So in my opinion, use caution when swimming and do not expect superior customer service.
First I walk in and there is a giant bar with a bunch of drunks. I was going to check a room out before I paid because the place looked a little suspect. I then received a room key and proceeded to check out the room. Upon opening the 1950's style door I could not check out the room because the electricity did not work in the room. I proceeded back to the elevator and told them I would rather sleep on a park bench with newspaper as a blanket. DO NOT STAY at the All Suites Hotel.
Clean, huge rooms.. Little dated but a quiet stop over
