I don't usually have high expectations for Starbucks but the last few visits to this location have been disappointing. whoever is supposed to do the ordering is lacking. I can understand being out of something here and there but on consecutive visits they have not been able to fill multiple orders that should be commonly stocked menu items.
I have been a customer at this Starbucks since 2008 and every time I order my favorite (white chocolate mocha) it is outstanding. However, every once in a while I will order the bacon artisan breakfast sandwich. Sometimes its cooked all the way through and taste great but more often than not, its ice cold in the middle with burnt cheese around the outside. I notice I get the sandwich this way when it’s their busy time and when no one is in line, they take their time to do it right. So I suggest not to order anything that is supposed to be served warm or hot from this store unless they aren't busy. I understand people want their orders fast but I rather have it done right than fast.
I received a Starbucks gift card for Christmas. Had never been to any Starbucks before. Ordered a Lottie and pound cake. Finished the pound cake. The Lottie never did arrive. You get one chance to make a first impression. I will not be this or any other Starbucks again.
I had at least 56 red velvet rupee pies. I died shortly after with delight ;)
Awesome service, definitely one of the better Starbucks that I have been to.
