Love this place! Great food and great service. This is my favorite steakhouse since the competitors distract from their service ( Texas Roadhouse , Outback) Definitely go here!

Just moved to the area. This establishment is absolutely top notch. Very clean, organized, and laid out well. Best location I've been to. Manager and employees greeted us as soon as we walked in. I ordered carry out and it was available right on time! Keep it up guys! You are a perfect example of what a family restaurant should be like.

For 9.99 the crab lobster dip was low on portion and greasy, looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I mean the portion was only 1/4" deep in the dish! The last one we had there was very good, not greasy and nearly filled the dish up. The baked potato was not cooked thoroughly and kind of small from our previous visit. Toppings on the potato were skimpy compared to previous visits, I mean you could barely see the cheese. The butter was non existent and the bacon bots were..well hardly there. We were sat adjacent to a server station where servers would routinely hang out and put cleaning solution up on the wall behind us. Service was good and the Outlay Ribeye I had was good.

I did a take out order to work in my hotel room and enjoy a good meal. I order a basic meal 6 oz steak, baked potato. The steak was enjoyable the baked potato order with butter only turned out to be a sweet potato. No idea how that happen, also requested some A1 sauce to realize when I got to hotel not in the bag. Then realized no plastic wear. I was very pleased the previous day and today they meet the expectation of a drive thru. Reminded me of like buying a new 60" TV and no plug in the box. Looks good however no way to enjoy it.

I have eaten at this Longhorn many, many times, but tonight's experience was the worst I think I have had at any eatery to date. Service was terrible, appetizer was forgotten and my steak was burned to a crisp. I sent it back and it took so long to get it back I had to box it up and take it home to eat. The manager apologized to me and comped my meal but I didn't come there for a free meal. I came for a good steak. Just a BAD experience all the way around. I guess the business they lose is O'Charley's new customer!!
