I was in the restaurant last weekend with my family when the manager approaches us about an order they messed up. After about 5 minutes of heated argument the manager was reduced to calling me, my wife, and my children a group of parading monkeys (we are a family of African Americans I might add.) Never again will I step foot in that establishment.

This place could be so much better. The food is a bit above average for a reasonable value. The parking lot is a bit small but the location is not bad. However, the service and attitude are horrible (even though they were supposed to change a couple of weeks ago): the kitchen is slow, the manager is arrogant, the TV layout is awkward and with a few exceptions, the staff is clueless.

Saw the advertisement for the grand re-opening and gave it a try with my parents and sister. When we got there we saw many open tables. They told us the wait would be 10 minutes and that the kitchen was very busy. We waited at least 30 minutes and not once did they check on us or give us an update. They also advertised 99 cent domestic drafts and 1/2 price appetizers as their re-opening specials. When we sat down, our waitress never mentioned these specials and when we ordered Mich Ultras she told us that Mich Ultra was excluded from the 99 cent domestic draft specials along with many others and in fact the only ones included were Bud Light and Miller Lite. Not a problem if it was advertised that way. Our meal arrived about 15 minutes before our appetizers. The wings seemed as though they were microwaved and topped with a bottle of wing sauce. This was the last night of the week long grand re-opening and the staff did not seem like they knew what they were doing. They were socializing more with each other rather than focusing on the customers. Also, the manager did not come to our table. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning.

The staff is hit or miss. Wings are brought in a bowl of sauce and dripping wet even thought ordered extra crispy. Staff complained of owner management. It is such a shame it is not run well because of the convenience.

We were long-time customers but finally gave up on this place. I thought we were in the minority until I read all of the negative reviews. We agree with 99% of the negative review comments but there isn't that many other wing options close by, so we stuck it out. For a time, we were able to make changes to our order to make this place work, like ordering extra wing sauce for an extra charge but in the end we realized this place was a lost cause. The last straw for us was when we had an issue with our order and asked to speak with the manager. Someone, identifying themselves as the owner, spoke to us with such arrogance and the way he handled [did not handle] our concerns, assured we would never again darken their doors again. That's just our opinion, take it or leave it.
