I Would Like to say thanks to the Wingate Family for doing everything that i have ask to be done... This would be the hotel that my family would come when they come in form out or town to come and see us. I love to be here cause i know that y'all love to make your guess feel like they home and i just want to say thanks so much.. TYLER is the best housekeeper i would love for him to clean my room anything that i stay here and also when my family. Well Thanks For All y'all have done for me why i am in y'all hotel and for that i just want to say Thanks you so much...

This place sucks. Indoor pool you have to drive to it laundry service you have to drive to it. Continental breakfast microwaved eggs hard bread and cereal. For almost a hundred dollars a night this place has no accommodations suppose it's a good hotel wait nope it sucks.

The rooms were nicce and clean. The only thing I didnt like was the front desk clerk made me wait until she found a alcohol wipe for a lady who she had already provided 4 different kinds of band-aids too. You shouldve seen the cut, I forgot you couldnt because the cut was so small you needed a magnify glass to see it. So I waited about 10 to 15 mins. on that. But the hot complimentary breakfast was good, well stocked, and plentiful. Everything you needed was in the vicinity of the hotel. All kinds of stores, the mall across the street. Two different movie theaters, and all kinds of restuarant. Great Location!

We are waiting for more then a hour tryin to have our room!! The service its awful seems like nobody care about us! This it's the worst hotel service in 14 years living in the usa. More people in the same situation here and now!! They keep saying dont have rooms ready. And are 4:00 pm!!

My husband was smoking in our car because there is no smoking in the building and someone called the cops. He said it was the front desk..the front desk said it was a guest? My husband had the cops called on him for following their rules. He filed a formal complaint and the next day management accused him of smoking in the room! He made the manager come up and smell inside the room where the quickly noticed he did NOT smoke in the room and apologized. We left behind something my son made for me that meant alot to me and I immediately called the same day to tell them that we left it. I never received a phone call back like I was told. I even went back there for another week because my company paid for it and they never told me if they had my item or not. I kept getting the run around. I would not stay here again! Nice hotel and room but too much crap during the visit.
