Private Property is a fairly new edition to the Lexington restaurant scene. The restaurant is located in an huge historic home on main st. Do not look for a sign because there is not one at the moment but it is currently in the works according to the owner(the restaurant is directly across the street from bank of america) The lady who runs the place stopped by my table and we chatted for several minutes while my order was being prepared. I ordered the shrimp sliders and hand cut fries,the sliders were simple,soft bun with large shrimps and remoulade sauce..but out of this world tasty!!! I could eat here 7 days a week. The menu is simple with a cajun/creole specialty. The couple next to me were having the seafood jambalaya and it looked fantastic,I shall try it on my next visit.
The food was amazing! Had the crawfish popcorn, so fresh! Also had the slider sampler, the bbq pulled pork was perfect and the cheeseburger was mouthwatering. The fresh french fries were so good. Cant wait to come back to this place not only was the food awesome but the outside patio was a beautiful place to have a sunset dinner. Our waitress was so nice and answered the many questions we had. Definitely recommend everyone to visit!
I found this unique place while browsing for lunch. Very friendly staff. Great food. I had the Marci gras pasta. Will definitely visit again very soon!,
I love creole cooking. Found this place on Google Maps, give it a try. Great food, great service!
M y wife and I had lunch on our 59th anniversary and it was scrumtious. The staff went overboard to see that we had a very good experience. I can't remember when I had such a good time with our lunch.You can bet that we will be back for more.!!!!!
