I don't think they know what they are doing. I purchased a Vizio and a Samsung and payed a warranty on the Samsung. The Samsung already came with a 1 year warranty. On my 1 year and 7 month ownership the television died. I contact Samsung and they told me to contact Walmart. Walmart said I will have to come in to talk to customer service. My question is what the heck did I pay for if there wasn't an extended warranty? I don't think anyone should pay a warranty at Walmart. Its a waste and you will just end up giving your money away.
This was the worst Walmart ever the employees did not want to help me. The had attitudes and act like they didn't want to work. They don't value customer service at this Walmart. It is unorganized and dirty.
apparently, according to another reviewer on this store, you are never allowed to ask for help from the associates to find anything. You are just supposed to wander around and dig through the trash on the shelves or just guess where in the store the item might be. Im sorry google reviewer for wasting my gas and valuable time shopping here and having the audacity to ask for help from the associates. I know that the associates have better things to do then help us customers spend our hard earned money at this store. but don't worry google reviewer, I will never ever, step foot in this store again. it is filthy dirty. And because I had the nerve to ask for help, I got called a name when the associate turned around. nice customer service huh? '

I don't know what the heck everyone is talking about. There is completely nothing wrong with this store, that is if you have even NOTICED. You guys just need to look around you when you are in a store instead of just blurting out lies on a review that others WILL read. Now because of all your dumb comments, you guys just might make their business poor. People will stop going to their store and it would be your fault if they did. Cause again, if people read your reviews online, of course if you say things like that they will believe it because they take your reviews as advice. You people just want a chance to say something mean about any darn store just for the heck of it.
