I was at your Robinson PA store on 3/13/2015 from 6:00 - 9:30 pm. I had to ask for every drink I ordered even though the place was not that busy. I had to ask to order food. I had to ask for silverware, I had to ask for ketchup, for my bill, etc. I had to go find my own menu. All very slow moving. Upon arriving I sat at your half empty bar for 15 minutes before I could get a drink. Then I was harassed by an obviously intoxicated and very smelly customer. This customer was already on the bartender's radar because they told him to "behave". I asked him to leave me alone three times, he would not and continued to say obscene things to me and my friend, all in plain view of the bartenders who did nothing. The bartenders should of quit serving him and/or asked him to leave. Instead, I had to leave to make it stop. Then things go from bad to extremely worse. I go to get in my brand new Camaro convertible RS in your parking lot, so new I have not even made a single payment on it, and there are big black scratches on my back bumper. Someone hit my car in your parking lot and took off! I spoke to the manager Tim (whom most of the staff doesn't even know he exists) and he immediately put up a defense and would not take accountability for anything, and had an excuse for everything. With the poor management and atrocious service, it is blatantly clear to me now why this place is ALWAYS EMPTY. I am sure it will be closed within a year and they will all be out of jobs.
Short review: All flash, no substance. This place has an obvious target audience: people who have too much money and want a place with 'atmosphere' to spend it. The food is expensive yet mediocre. The bowling lanes are (again) flashy but to an experienced bowler, are severely lacking. If you want a bowling alley, go to a local bowling alley, not here. Our group of 4 attended one of the Saturday night comedy shows recently. During the show, a group of about 15 people were admitted into the room. These people didn't pay attention to the show and acted like they were in a club. I was in the front row and I couldn't even hear the performer. The comedian stopped the show 5 times to ask them to quiet down, and no employees stepped in to move them to a different room. It made the entire experience less than desirable.
Went there 10/11/2014 to see a band on the third floor. Arrived 7:30pm to reserved tables. Waited half hour to be served anything and then finally started making runs to the bar for drinks because no waitress would serve us. (?) When I flagged a waitress down at the cash register to order appetizers, she acted like it was the busiest night of the century and complained of understaffing. I ordered two orders of pretzels with cheese. An hour later, and with the band in full swing... no food and no waitress. A floor manager told me we had to allow extra time 30-40 minutes with a band. Explained it had been over an hour. Food arrived 90 minutes after order. Remember... pretzels and cheese, it wasn't like I was ordering a full course dinner! So we received no drinks unless we went to go them ourselves, and our snack food was really late. NOT very impressive. I'll go elsewhere.
Great food, fun environment, nice staff.
We went here a couple weeks later for a Saturday night comedy show with my wife and a few friends. One of my wife's friends was in the bathroom when drinks were ordered, and when she came back and the waitress got her drink order (a water) it was 25 minutes before the waitress got it to our table, and by that time most of the ice had melted. All the while, she had yet to take our meal order (AN HOUR after initially sitting down) The waitress was so lazy on our table that the manager had to take our meal order when he noticed we were unhappy as he was passing by. We were the first people in the door when they were opened at 6:30, and we did not get our food until AFTER the headlining comedian was on stage (around 8:15). I was highly disappointed with the service during the comedy show, and I doubt my wife and I, or any of our friends that we went there with will ever return.
