I took my husband to Yards Brewery for his birthday and this place was awesome. We got there around 2:30 on a Saturday and had lunch at the food truck (Chewy's that weekend) which was amazing. We did the 4:00 tour and had Mike Hans as our tour guide. This guy was hilarious, very entertaining and educational all at the same time. Had some excellent adult humor. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Not only is the tour free on weekends, you get free samples plus they have shuffleboard and a pool table that is FREE. Great experience and my husband was also highly impressed. GO YARDS!
Quickly becoming one of my favorite brands. Great craft brewery. Head over to the tasting room and play a game of pool or shuffleboard.
I moved here from out of state and have been in Philly for 6 months now. I fell in love with this beer and drank their brews often. Until recently I had a run-in with one of their bartenders who was rude and arrogant. When I wrote the company about how a dedicated customer was poorly treated by one of their people, I never received a response. So long Yards. It was fun while it lasted.
This place is fun, they have both a pool table a shuffleboard table. The beers were served quickly. The tour guide did a good job with his tour, which included copious amounts of free beer. But I just didn't love any of the beers.
great place! had to visit Philadelphia brewing company, then came here two great places within minutes of each other, that's brotherly love!!!!!
