Always have a good time at this venue. Great variety of dj styles, and big and small names. One of the best places to get your rage on in philly.
SoundGarden is one of the more proper venues i've come across in Philly. It's a pretty cut and dry concert venue in terms of stage, straight on dance floor, photo pit, etc. The raised back bar/lounge area is pretty awesome if you aren't trying to sweat on the floor. Parking is great (just do not park near the adjacent building or you'll get towed), there's a gas station across the street, the train is 2 blocks away and the shows are relatively inexpensive. The crowd may be a bit young at times but hey, that's what bottle service is for. The vip pricing is beyond reasonable. Also, sometimes they close off the main room and instead of massive EDM nights they do intimate techno/deep parties in the lounge :)
Well... let me begin by saying I bought two tickets for me and my boy and they decide to tell us that it's 21+ AFTER we bought the tickets.. This is ridiculous and completely unfair.
Awesome venue. AMAZING vibe! Great place if your looking to get out of that, city feeling in Philly.
