I'm a huge fan of this place's food, so much so--I had decided to buy the $144 Groupon deal. The only problem with the place is the service, not always...but I can understand why people complain about the place. For example: Tonight, on a very short lunch break, I had decided to take advantage of my Groupon Deal for the place. So I had went to the bar, and let the bartender (Angelica?) know my situation--and she was firm, and extremely rigid about having to "dine-in." Technically, she is 100% correct--that's why I didn't get mad or raise my voice. But I did tell her that, a few other bartenders have done it--and that "I've tipped them and left." So I had asked her "what day she works, so I know what days not to come?" Then she got mad, ignored me and then had left from behind the bar--and had yelled at me "I WORK WHEN EVER I WANT TO WORK, & I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE THAT I WORK EVERYDAY & NO ONE DOES THAT FOR YOU AGAIN!" while she had walked to the kitchen. I had laughed it off, but being a guy that has worked as a barback/server/bartender/bouncer it was hard to walk away from this place--while I was hungry....with (Angelica?) the bartender yelling at me and ruing the day I had asked her not to follow the rules down to the letter of the contract. Once again, I love the food--and the other bartenders are awesome...maybe she was having a bad day, but that reaction was a bit much...be a professional, especially if you're going to follow the rules exactly like one!
Me and my friend ordered two things and they forgot to put his waffle fries as his bun for his sliders and then I ordered the pretzel burger which was disgusting they should not use these pretzel buns and a little bit of chipped beef that was on top of the burger was for my 4 year old son I am really upset that some people said this was a good place but they jerked me. I will never go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone and I eat out plenty of places and different states I know good food this is not good food and they made the food wrong those are not too good combinations
This place tries to be more uppity than it really is, the only people that really support this place are wannabe "hipsters" that go here just to spite the rest of society. The problem with that is the service is absolutely sub-par especially for the prices you are paying. But anyway, when I went I order the PYT burger, it was $12 which I didn't have a problem with paying. I didn't expect it to be the best tasting thing ever, but I expected it to at least be flavorful, but it was the opposite. Five Guys burger are WAY better and tastier than the crap I got here. Next I ordered a milkshake, this one cost $13 dollars! Again, I didn't mind the price, but I expected it to at least taste good, but no it was melted by the time I got it. On top of that it basically was a vanilla milkshake with a single shot of house vodka, not fancy at all but somehow is worth $13. Really, I went into this place and I didn't even know about the whole tipping "scandal" until after, so I wasn't influenced by that. Save your money and go elsewhere, I HIGHLY suggest Five Guys, you definitely will get better service and your monies worth there.
PYT is and has always been good to me. I saw someone really give it one star because of the McCoy incident? What a loser. I can tell that he has never been here. I, on the other hand, go here a lot. Every time I've been here, I get my food in a timely manner. My food comes out cooked how I want it. Even had champagne on my birthday. Who am I? I'm no LeSean McCoy. I'm just a regular customer. Why do I have no complaints? Because they've never given me anything to complain about.
Food was ok but the atmosphere was terrible. Rap music blasting so loud you could barely speak, not to mention it was so vulgar it was turning our stomachs. please dont bring children or any bit of class you may have to this place.
