Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. And the extra large piece of carrot cake made the lunch complete and a very nice surprise. It was all so, so good. Can't praise you enough!!!

One of my favorite restaurants for 2014 thus far. Food is very good, fresh and although fulfilling, it doesn't leave that stuffed-bloated heavy feeling on your stomach no matter how much you've eaten. Crab cakes/ apple coleslaw is to die for!

This restaurant is one of my favorites, most notably for their lobster bisque and scallop entree. However, Restaurant Week fails to deliver the true courtesy and ambiance that is desired. My date and I had to take an early reservation (5:30pm) and we were one on the few tables there for the first 40 minutes or so when it started to fill up for dinner time. From the very start though, we felt the anticipated rush from the server and the food runners. We were not treated with decent regard until we ordered a bottle of wine, making me feel like the courtesy was extended for the higher check we would receive. Our entrees were also brought out before we even finished our bisque and we had to ask for things like ground pepper, which should have been offered with our meal. Although the food was delicious, as always, the experience left something to be desired.

Our Server Lance was very friendly and provided excellent service. Aside from the quality and speed of service, there was nothing about this restaurant that qualified the prices they are charging. My wife ordered the Pretzel Crusted Trout and I ordered the Seafood Mixed Grill. Presentation on both of these was lack luster. For the trout, the 2 fillets were draped over the potatoes and other vegetables, thereby causing the steam coming off of the vegetables to make the pretzel crust soft and no longer crisp. The flavors didn't seem to match up either, with the bacon mustard vinaigrette being very disappointing. The fish was cooked well, but did not separate from the skin. The seafood mixed grill was extremely over priced for what is on the plate. As with the trout, the presentation of this dish was also lack luster as would be expected for upscale dining. You receive a 3-4 oz piece of salmon (well cooked under seasoned), 2 scallops (over seasoned due to shrimp being draped over them), 5 shrimp (well seasoned), and a delicious crab cake with your 2 sides. The crab cake was fantastic and really the redeeming part of the meal. The scallops were the most disappointing part of my meal. First, I would have expected at least 3 and ideally 4 at this price level. Second, by draping the shrimp over them, the seasoning used on the shrimp was on the scallops and over powered the sweet buttery flavor. Overall, our meal was adequate, but we will not be returning. There are far better restaurants at this price level.

Okay I really enjoyed this restaurant and our sever Sue was fantastic.
