Horrible service
im a HUGE fan of D&D. however ; the one in johnstown is terrible. Not only does it take super long to just get your order in, they charge you for hot water milk and sugar and hand you everything else to put in. what is the purpose of that? just charge me for the hot water. I never ask for anything on the side, i just expect theyll put everything in for me isnt that really the purpose of a drive thru? no wonder they dont get any business. they manage to screw you at the drive thru.
I used to come here every morning. Not any longer, the drive thru would take atleast 10 minutes at the fastest and my order was always wrong. Either no cream in the coffee or wayyyyy too much sugar. Also they were out of ham for over a week! So then I decided just to go inside from now on, still poor. I was the only one in there and 5 employees walked around me ignoring me and not taking my order. Skip this place and go to Starbucks.
