Absolutely appalling service. I took my sister to dinner on 10/2/14 after we had both worked all day. It was one of those days where I just needed to unwind with some good food and good drinks. Last call for seating on Thursday nights is 10:45. We called at 9:45 to make sure it would be okay to still come in at 10 for dinner. I felt bad going in to eat an hour before the dining room closed, but the man on the phone and the guy who seated us reassured us it wouldn't be a problem. We both knew what we wanted, and were ready to put in drinks, apps, and mains all in one go so we wouldn't hold the kitchen up. Apparently the lady who served us had other priorities. We ordered drinks and she left to go put them in. She came back 10 minutes later with my sisters sprite and another 5 minutes later with my drink from the bar. She asked if we were ready to order, and I said we were. I said for apps we would like the spinach dip, and the appetizer trio (I believe it's called) with mozzarella sticks, potstickers, and buffalo boneless wings. She said great, and to my surprise took both of out menus out of our hands. My sister was turning the page as she took it away! I guess she saw the shock on both of our faces, and she asked if we wanted to look at them. I told her we were planning to order entrees, and she said, oh you won't need entrees. You got enough food. You're appetizer is the size of the menu! Picking through a plate of deep fried hors d'oeuvres might constitute dinner for her, but she was completely out of line to dictate what I can and can not order. So my only meal for the day was a few spoonfuls of spinach dip, 4 boneless wings, and 2 mozzarella sticks. Manager was unavailable for comment. I will not be returning to this location, ever. It's one thing to have a poor experience. It's another to not have it resolved.

Came up from Baltimore was gonna stop by the war site , stopped in here to eat around 2p some dude Tyler served me an my gf great job we got a sampler had pretzel rolls, buffalo wings...an pot stickers? Then the all american burger pink in the middle service an food was great

OK the food was excellent and so was the service. My only qualm with being here on a Friday evening is the massive amount of people there! We had to wait about 20 minutes outside before we were finally seated beside a table that had about 10 people...loud, noisy and obnoxious people who just kept yelling at there children while holding a beer in their hand....but that isn't TGI Friday's fault. A great place to eat....just not on a Friday!

I walked into this TGIFridays early evening with my date. Everything seems ok at first. We sat at the bar to get a last minute happy hour special. Drink and drink prices were good and the bartender was very friendly. Then we sat down. Thats when the story changed. Our waitress must have been on the moon or some sort of space snail because she was awful. It took her so long just to take our order. Even longer to bring out the appetizer. I could tell my burger was just sitting under a heating lamp. It was cold either way. There seems to be a lack or coordination in the kitchen. the chips and queso filled me up so I figured i'd bring home my burger as a treat for my dog. I figured even if i didnt like it he wouldnt mind. Turns out he did. My dog is not a picky eater but he wouldnt touch Friday's burger. That says something.
