Garbage/fraudulent reviews. Reviews appear to be either written by owner or staff, or somebody with a vested interest in seeing increased business. They are not something you can trust to be an accurate portrayal of what it's like. You can clearly tell that the same person wrote many of the reviews that are there, posting 5-star reviews. It's dishonest and unprofessional. I will certainly NEVER be going, specifically because of this disgusting and inappropriate behavior of the owner "Sam" or his staff. No thanks. Reporting to Google as well.

This is the worst lounge in Eugene. When my group of friends and I arrived at the lounge, the one and only employee was in the parking lot talking with some of his friends. He said, "Be right there." We walked inside and waited about 10 minutes for him to come inside and take our order. When he did arrive, he never apologized for the pointless waiting. Once we sat down with our hookah, it got harsh real fast. We attempted to find the employee, but he wasn't at the counter, not outside, not in the bathroom... Low and behold, he was playing video games in the back of the lounge with those same friends. We asked him if we could get our hookah fixed, and he said he'd, "Be right there." We smoked our disgusting hookah till we had pennies for coals. He showed up at our table 20 minutes later and changed our coals. The thing is that while he was changing them, he acted like a child taking out the garbage. Like we were annoying him. I've never been treated worse by any lounge in Eugene. The man that worked that night was a complete child and had no inkling of work ethic in his whole body. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for the evening.

This place is like my home away from home. Every single one of these employees are awesome! It's a comfortable, yet energetic atmosphere. Sam (the owner) is just remarkable. They always make sure to make sure you have the greatest Hookah experience possible. They have something for everyone! They have a genuine Middle Eastern feel and the hookah is top of the line. I come here at least a few times a week. It is different from other lounges because they have a HUGE variety of shisha, hoses, hookah, and music. The employees are attentive and are always willing to help with anything you might need. If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out! I love this place.

Seems really hit and miss. Mostly miss. There's only one employee who actually does his job there. Worse time was tonight (12-21-13) when I walked in I had to wait 5-10 minutes just to have the employee find his way to the front counter. When I asked for my favorite flavors, they were out. Then after we got our hookah and everything we never saw the employee that was working again. CORRECTION: looked over and he was playing call of duty on the TV in the corner. Really ruined the place for me

This is one of the best places to come and hangout! Meet some awesome people and smoke some of the best stuff around. The staff is super friendly and loves to help in anyway possible!
