The lady was very rude,believe her name was Amber ! And made our drinks very poorly ! She jus dumped the Carmel in the bottom of our cups(every drink u gt a chunk of Carmel) instead of around the cup like most other Starbucks do ! Very disappointing !

This licensed store does not abide by many Starbucks policies and standards, and thus makes some pretty bad-tasting beverages. Generally poor customer service as well.
