I seldom eat out. We went to The Lone Pine way back in June. It was VERY good. Food was made from recipe's, not the usual reheated pre-made frozen stuff you get from other restaurants. The menu was a little more expensive and WELL WORTH the extra money. Went to the Lone Pine again. This time,,,, It was still, Awesome. My wife and I both had "the simple" breakfast which is a very thick slice of home made Buttered German Rye Potato Bread topped generously with avocado and an egg. If your traveling through, or are a resident here, the Lone Pine Cafe is a VERY good choice.

Portland in Baker City, and likely the first of many such reborn storefronts. Great food, nice ambience. Only needs espresso.

The Lone Pine cafe was recommended by Bella Market. Food was terrific, fresh and made from scratch. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had the pulled BBQ pork with hand cut fries and coleslaw. Brewed coffee was fresh and I love my coffee!

Great food and service. Hand cut fries. Loved the salad.

The huevos were awesome....and you can spin some vinyl while you hang out!
