Well the food that was Right was...Ok at best. Unfortunately Nothing else was. Typically I do not have the time or the energy to write a review good or bad on a company's media page, however my experience at this particular Bob's Yesterday (3-30-2014) was so terrible that it Must be shared. We called in an order...and it was a bit complicated I'll give them that. The order was 2 Garden Harvest Omelets Combined (which was explained as make a 6 egg omelet with the ingredients for 2 Garden Harvest omelets in it, with NO Cheese) a Side of Bacon, Home frys and no bread. The other order was the Rise and Shine Scrambled w/Swiss, Bacon and Home Frys NO Bread. Well thank goodness this meal was Free...because here's what we got...There might have been 6 eggs in this Omelet (not that I could tell by just looking), the Garden Harvest ingredients, but also a full side of 6 Soogy Bacon pieces Inside the Omelet itself. OH and the Whole thing was covered in what appeared to be a pound of Cheddar Cheese. My Rise and Shine was ok...except I received Hash Browns instead of Home frys and everything was Ice Cold and my cheese had all but formed an impenetrable shell around my eggs. But then again the cold food might have been for the wait we had to get this incorrect order, OR it might have been for the 8 (yes 8) Biscuits we received that we didn't order. Cause I know it certainly wasn't waiting on them to put napkins, butter, salt, ketchup packets or to go silverware in the bag!
Was employed for less then four weeks. The Store manager is a complete and unprofessional moron, expecting new hires in the restaurant scene to be able to fully memorize a menu, practice serving tables, and get the whole entire grip of the store and it's functions within fifteen work hours. Recently found out multiple employees are\have left because of the way she talks and treats her employees. I gave it two stars and not one simply because the employees ( besides the managers ) are great, the servers in the A.M. have been there for multiple years and are great people to be around. Do not work here while Jamie is under management.
I have always liked this location..the reason I scored it as excellent...was the great service we received from the manager on call.. among other reasons. May 22, 2013 Wed evening..we had a problem with a take out order...my husband had to drive back out to get something that was not put in the bag..We eat here all the time/as well as all of our family...The manager on call tonight....was EXcellent...she corrected the entire problem..and apologized for the inconvenience...I didn't get her name...but the time she was working was maybe around 8:30PM..and I have been ill so getting a meal from take out was helpful..I had ordered the Chicken Noodle Deep Dish meal with gravy on the side......which when my husband got home there was no gravy...so he had to drive back out..which wasn't too far..but wasn't something he "wanted" to do....but none the less....she was great...with a top notch customer service attitude...so I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for clean newly decorated and delicious food..Note: I would like to add that "possibly" my husband could have actually forgotten to say gravy on the side? which he says he did say? but the point was the cashier should have just corrected it..in a friendly manner and accept that just "MAYBE" she was wrong? None the less...things were taken care of thanks to the manager.........Thank you...
