Fantastic food, very family friendly. How wonderful that they have a professional magician there on Sunday nights to entertain the kids!
Good food takes about 10 to 15 mins to get the food but its wonderful and always filling
Sticky tables and bar top. If that's what the patrons get... imagine what the kitchen is like. Long waits to be helped during slower hours. Twice walked in the door and had to find someone to help me. They refuse to fill a carry out order properly. I have given them 3 try's at take home food and every single time something was wrong. Based on the above... calling it poorly managed. Won't eat at Max & Erma's again. Certainly not this location.
Was here maybe like two months ago. Everything was great. Will return.
This seems like a problem affecting everything today, but the little details are no longer taken care of.
