My husband, my son and I went to Jed’s today, 04/05/2013. My husband ordered a glass of tea, and tasted like dirt. My husband told the waitress that he would prefer a glass of water, than the dirt tea. We waited about 15-18 minutes for the meal and received no napkin and silverware. The waitress didn’t serve us at all, so we waited and waited and decided to pay in the front. I waited for about 5 minutes and no one was willing to take my check. After 7-9 minutes, finally, my waitress showed up in the front desk and took my check. She still charged us 2.49 for the dirt tea and explained that the back table was hard to serce. I still left her 4.00 dollars for the tips of 24.08 in the restaurant, but I would never eat there again.
Jeds is now under new ownership... Food is still the same great tasting food like always.. customer service is great...

I like the food but its a bit pricey. Servers took forever everytime I've gone. Its a little loud but you should expect that at a bar and grille.
Food is awesome, wait staff isn't great, but not bad. Frequent food and drink specials make for good value!
