Never had a problem until tonight. Tonight topped the cake. First we had to wait an hour to get seats. We were a table of 5 and a group of 5 came in 25 mins after us and they were seated 15 mins before us. Then when we were seated they gave us 4 menus and 4 silverware and 4 plates for our appetizers we asked her for more silver ware and some lemons for our drinks and she never returned. Finally another waiter was walking by and he had got them for us right away. When we finally ordered our food it took over 30 mins to get the food and by the time we had got it everything was dried up and not good at all. I had got the lemon pepper chicken and it was very salty and dry there was hardly and rice and no sauce. Another plate was the baji chicken and the beans were shriveled up and it looked like charcoal and very dry as well another plate was the Buffalo chicken wrappers and they were under the heat lamp so long the wraps were very chewy and tasted stale. The kids had got the chicken tenders plate and all though the serving was not big at all there food was pretty good. Except the fresh apple fruit medley yogurt thing. It was very runny. I have always recommended this place as somewhere to go but not any more. The manager that we had talked to had asked us if we wanted dessert to replace the meal and at that point we just wanted to leave after being there over 2 hours. She only offered to take 2 meals off the bill. We had horrible service the manager was not helpful or polite at all and our waitress did not check on the table or get the things we asked for the whole time we had to ask other people in order to get the stuff...Do not recommend this place at all if you want some good food I would suggest cracker barrel or olive garden. Never had ad problem and always great service with great food!!!!

Food is awesome - our favorite place, but the service at the Findlay location is absolutely the WORST. We've walked out twice after waiting almost a half hour and not even getting drinks (while THREE servers stood and talked 20 ft away). I'll drive to Mansfield instead.

everything was great, but Barry Garringer you need to shut up about tattoos. First off with her/him having tattoos does not justify whether or not the service is good nor does it for unemployment. I have 19 tattoos and counting many "VISIBLE" I'm a current student at The University of Findlay, acquiring my bachelor's degree in information security. I have a job that I bet I make more than you and I'm well respected "not because I don't have any tattoos" because I do my job my tattoos don't and never will affect my job performance nor will it for anyone "unless they're someone who did not push themselves". All I'm trying to say is don't judge someone because they express there beliefs in a way you don't like. You probably like Ohio State, we'll because you do its your fault unemployment is so high because all Michigan fans will not hire them. How's that for an example? Have a good day. A favorite with our family. Almost always have good service, the few times we haven't, they have been very helpful after the fact. Good portion sizes for value
