I was well taken care of. I arrived at 2pm and mentioned to the waitress/beertender that there were several terrible reviews on Google maps in the last year or two. She said she knew about those and that they mostly happen in the late evening when they are crowded. She was nice to me and I am very pleased with the service. Zero complaints with the day shift.

Like Rick I'm not one to complain about places of business but the landing pad just isn't a good restaurant at points. The service is slow and neglectful, the management is highly unhelpful and the place just isn't made well for large groups. The only slightly redeeming side of this restaurant is on wednesday's they have wing night which has decent wings for something like only .35 per wing. The downside?......Watch out for holidays that happen to land on a wednesday, people will go there for the .35 wings and they won't be .35 which the restaurant fails to post anywhere(which almost seemed to almost be on purpose). What should be a 15.00 bill may end up almost triple the amount and if you point all this out to the management...they will do nothing and basically just say oh well...your lose. I've heard negative things against the management at this establishment before but I didn't see it first hand till just recently. ...Bottom line between everything is there is far better choices here, you may not only be disappointed but even angry too like some of the other people that's visted

GREAT FOOD! GREAT ATMOSPHERE!! We love going there! Everyone loves it and it tends to be packed so get there early.

Have been here several times, and the most recent visit will likely be my last. Almost 15 minutes passed before a sever even came to our table to take our drink order (which was nothing but regular iced tea), and then didn't return with them for 15 more minutes. We then ordered wings, which took nearly an hour to come out, in which time our server disappeared completely off the floor with the exception of one time in an hour to refill our drinks. When our food came out, my wings were cold. I mentioned it to her and she didn't even seem to realize that I said it, because it was never mentioned again or any apology for wings taking an hour to come out. They also over-charged us for extra wings we didn't order or receive. Their food is average at best, and nowhere near worth waiting that long for and having bad service. Unless you really want an "Island Steelers plane-crash" bar atmosphere, your time and money is better spent elsewhere.

We were in for lunch today. I went to eat a french fry and there was a hair on it, upon further inspection there was another hair in my fries! I understand that this happens in restaurants so I just wanted to let the waitress know. When I told her she was extremely rude!! She tried to tell me it was part of the seasoning on the fries.. come on! Who would season their fries with hair?! yum? Then to make matters worse I had put money in with the bill so she would just ring it up so we could leave even though my husband and I had barely touched our food, she said she would take $2 off to make up for the hair... What a joke! I had no problem paying but that is just insulting especially after she rolled her eyes at us. What a horrible place we had always had great experiences here sad that they hire such trash now... :-(
