I stopped today and purchased a dozen donuts. I asked how many of the small round doughnuts equaled one donut, the response was 5. I asked for my order to be 10 donuts and 10 small round pieces with should equal 12 donuts. I was told they cannot mix the order like that. I requested my money back and left the establishments. I returned later after my meeting form which I was to get the donuts for and talked to a manager. She said that the register does not make possible to mix the small round donuts with the regular donuts. Also, she stated that if I ordered a dozen donuts and then they would substitute 5 small donuts for each donut that I wanted and they did not have. I asked how did that ring up on the register when I was just told that could not be done. I left very confused about this issue can get resolved. Either the register accepts them or not and how does the register know when you are out of a particular donut. Someone need to address this situation, I or my associates will not be purchasing any donuts until this issue is resolved. I know it does meant much to you to loose about 4 dozen per month in sale, but as I spread the word hopefully more will follow my path and go elsewhere. I am trying to get a problem fixed not cause any problems. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I highly doubt you will cause because you seem to do a good business and I am only a small impact on your franchise. If I do not hear back, I will represent you as I see fit. which is not good. A simple policy on training for the staff could make everyone's life a little easier in the striving economy.
As I pull up to the window, a pungent smell begins to creep into my nostrils. When the girl opens the window, the smell rolls out like a heavy fog and overwhelms me. The girl delivers the bag of food to me by nearly launching it into my car and immediately closes the window. I look for a receipt, as I've had problems with this location’s service in the past, yet it is not to be found. The smell begins to fade away now that the window is closed and I'm tempted to drive away without the receipt. However, I decide to stay and ask for my receipt because there’s a 50% chance they didn’t get my order correct. After some time has passed and she sees me still sitting there, she opens the window. Once again the fog rushes out but with even more force. She finally speaks her first word during the entire transaction to me, “Yes!?” The hot garbage smell releases from her inner-soul. It blows my hair back, my eardrums nearly burst from the rushing wind tunnel created from the burst. I feel my eyes begin to shrivel up and my nose starts bleeding. This is when I realize the stench is her attitude. With the little energy I have left, I muster out “May I have my receipt, please?” I am grateful this time that she prints it without saying a single word. She hands it out to me; this is where I mistakenly make eye contact with her. Black holes begin spawning in her pupils. Each second felt like a year. After what felt like a decade, just as I feel the very last bit of my soul leaving my body, I break free and am able to drive away, thankful for my life. Overall, food was okay.

Boycott Tim Hortons! The staff tries to overcharge us every time we've been there. I'm so sick and tired that today I walked out without any items. There is a special price for 1/2 dozen bagels but they always try to charge us almost double of the price. Today I'm told that they can't charge me the price that is on the board because it must be outdated and they can't ring it up that way. Tim Hortons - you need to train your staff better and teach them not to argue with the customers.. I would rate them 0 stars if it let me!
I went in on August 15, 2014. I think they were having some type of training for staff. It was very loud. The staff did not care about the customers that were in the coffee shop. I believe the General Manager was there and she allowed the behavior to continue.She was even running in the store after another employee. She was dressed very inappropriate. The top she was wearing was very revealing to say the least. All the Owner has to do is look at the Video and he can see all this. I will not go back.
