I recall going to Mac's in 1982, and it astounded me as to how good and big the soft-serve ice cream cones were. I went back in 2003, per chance, to see if the place was still open, and lo and behold, Mac's was still like I remembered. The ice cream is the best & the scenery is great too! Best of all, they have the same low prices!
