Terrible. Our steaks were so tough. My husband couldn't even cut through his. Mine wasn't as bad, but not good. We both ordered them both medium rare. Waitress never asked how it was. She left our check "open" so that we can enjoy a couple drinks at the table. She NEVER asked us if we wanted another drink!!!! NEVER came back until we flagged her down. Once she brought check, it took her forever to come back. We wanted a nice steak dinner and read great reviews. We were so disappointed. We will not recommend To anyone.
I took a chance on Waterstone when it first opened and have been a loyal and satisfied customer ever since. The food is delicious, the wait staff is friendly and competent, and Glen, the manager, checks on every table to make sure everything is up to your standards. On the rare occasion that it's not, they make it right! The ambiance is warm and inviting and Glen decorates tastefully for every season. Their live entertainment adds to the experience. I particularly enjoy Alfie, a singer/guitar player with a broad repertoire and jazzy style, who plays on Thursdays and Fridays (I think).
My steak was done perfect the first time. Great food and great presentation. Excelllent service and nice drink selection, especially beers on tap. Very nice establishment.
First off I have gone to Waterstone Grill 7 times since right before Christmas. I fell in love with this place. I adore the wait staff, and am very very fond of Glen the manager. The first few times everything was exceptional, thus my returns. I even went as far as to buy gift certificates for friends, I loved it so much. Sadly, the past two visits have been substandard in the food department. I don't know if they have changed/new chef(s) or what but one visit the risotto was so over seasoned it was inedible. Yesterday, was exactly the opposite; the food on all of our plates didn't seem to be seasoned at all. I want to love this place, I do love this place. Please figure out the problems so I make it my go to restaurant again.
Warm and cozy atmosphere. Nice staff. Food is always amazing. One of my favorite places to eat by far !
