I have been to tons of Tim Hortons through out New York and Canada and the one on Boston state rd in Hamburg NY is by far the worst. they screw up my coffee at least once a week (a double double) and today they were openly arguing with each other at the window and screwed up my order again. i have called many times and complained and the manager was VERY rude. I love Tim Hortons coffee but i hate this location it's by far the worst one I've been to.
