This Tim Horton's is great. I have stopped in right after school there doesn't seem to be enough people working because they get a long line in drive thru and counter but they are all moving fast to get us taken care of. The weekend crew is moving fast too they have gotten me in and out in under a minute they were even faster then me getting my money ready. I do see new employees in there every time I turn around which is hard because the regular customers don't see the familiar face behind the counter anymore.

20 minutes in a drive thru lane at 3 pm, Really? For one cup of coffee? Shame on me. Tim Hortons Service has gone south in the last few years but this was the deal breaker for me. Good Luck to anyone who trys to stay on time and be punctual while trying to buy a cup of coffee. When the rise of another coffee shop comes in the future I hope the owner is not surprised. This is just poor management of your employees.

i went in around 12 am to get some some soup and a sandwhich, they did not have the type i wanted so i ordered a ham instead, as i pulled up to the drive thru window the women gave me attitude did not greet me, and seemed like she would rather be anywhere but work, she did not give me a roll or crackers with my soup, also i ordered a ham sandwhich, i was very angry when i got home to find a sandwhich with just lettuce and tomatoes on it. i paid 4 dollars for a piece of bread. i did not bother going back since it was 12:30 at the time since i waited 15 minutes for my food, it was ridicilous and i am for certain i will never go back at night, because i see the same heavy set women working at late night and it never seems she has a good day because she takes all her anger out on the customers.
