Yum Yum Shack

This place was a great find in Cooperstown for seafood. It's a little expensive, but they have some great food. We had the bouillabaisse which would be consider pretty amazing in any city (it was really quite awesome). We also tried the lobster lasagna which was quite good (the marinara and cheese was really quite light). The seafood chowder was also really good. oh and friendly service too!
Spent $26- plus tax and tip on the MOST BORING Bouillabaisse I have ever had this past Friday. I spent the meal (which the server never came back for) adding every condiment ingredient on the table (Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper) because it was like water with overcooked seafood in it..NO FLAVOR whatsoever. WTF? If I wanted that, I could experiment at home. The clam strip appetizer was good ($9-), but frying always adds flavor. And the staff was really nice... so, maybe a fluke? But not like anyone asked.
Great atmosphere and great food. Crowded in August. Early and late season are the best! Love this place.
Gross, don't eat here to expensive for bland food
You would think that if they charge $30+ for all of their dinner meals, they could atleast make the place cleaner.
