Dwayne(in finance) and Mark Harrell(in sales) are both awesome. I went to the mazda dealership in Wilmington and had a bad experience with their finance manager. The guys at Jacksonville Stevenson mazda are much better. I ended up getting a grand touring mazda 3.
Would recommend for anyone looking for a new car. They work with you and they were not about the high pressure sale. They are friendly and helpful. I went to many of the dealers in the area where they tried to up sell you a car you didn't want or need. They helped me find the car I wanted and went from there. I intentionally waited for my first maintenance on the vehicle to see both sides of the house before reviewing the dealership to see how service held up and I was not let down.
my husband and i came here to trade in our old car, in hope of getting a used car, the salesman listened to what we wanted in a new car, what we were willing to pay, and how much to put down. they did everything they could to help us and to get a great deal, we ended up walking away with a brand new vehicle, i would always recommend this place
The service department here is AWESOME. All the guys there are so nice! If you need a good dealer shop, go there! great service, wicked friendly!
DON'T BUY USED CARS HERE!! bought a spec v 52k on it and 2-3 days later it won't shift into gear...it took them 4 and half days to look at the car and find out whats wrong with it. They supposedly over-nighted a part on monday...but now the part won't be there till thursday. They did give me a loaner "isuzu suv" which i would much rather be driving the the spec v i just bought!! They are paying for it to be fixed however, i will be lucky to get it back before the end of the month!
