Moore Buick GMC

I went to see a specific vehicle that I had already researched online. Through the USAA Car buying service they knew what I wanted and made contact with me right away. My salesman, Ken, was waiting for me when I arrived and had the vehicle I wanted to see pulled up front. I was not pressured to look at any higher end models or even a newer year model. Although my husband was present, we stated that I was the one buying the vehicle and while my husband was included in conversation, Ken kept the focus on me throughout the process, which I appreciated. I feel I was given clear figures and information regarding the sale price, discounts, financing and the trade in value of my existing vehicle. I appreciate being provided with free touch up paint for a minor paint chip on the door edge that I noticed the next day. Overall it was a good experience and I would do business here again if I decide to purchase another vehicle from the brands they sell.
My wife and I went in to upgrade from our camaro to an SUV in order to allow for easy traveling since we now have a son. As soon as we arrived, it was apparent that the dealership was of high quality. The sales reps were friendly and knowledgeable and the general staff worked well to ensure that any customers visit was personal and grand. We ended up buying a new 2014 Buick Enclave. As a SUV goes, it met all of our needs and Michelle Boswell, our sales rep, did a wonderful job in selecting it. While we were signing the paperwork we had to wait for a short time since there were several others purchasing vehicles from them that day, Mrs. Boswell noted that our son was getting restless and before I knew it she was handing us the keys to her managers car so that I could take my family out to lunch while she worked on the paperwork, she even paid for the meal. Its that kind of consideration that puts Moore Buick GMC ahead of the game. I was happy to work with them and I highly recommend them to any and all who wish to purchase a vehicle.
Purchased a 2011 Terrain brand new from Moore (actually had them order to my specs) and brought it to them exclusively for its regular service. Almost four years later it was again due for service, so I used the online scheduling and brought it in to get everything done (including a minor recall for a bolt in the seat.) I didn't leave with my Terrain that day... instead, after several hours of test drive (had to get approval from home and pick up a check from NFCU) I bought a 2015 Canyon from Tony Dunnell and drove that home instead! Someone is in for a treat when they find my like-new Terrain on the lot, and I have the great new pickup I've been wanting for a couple of years now. Service is always on-time, sales force is always there to offer a test drive and answer any questions, and management is a pleasure to deal with. Obviously I'll continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future!
Great buying experience! Tony Dunnell was a very professional and polite sales associate. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again for the great experience.
We recently purchased a 2014 Acadia Denali from Moore Buick. This was a purchase that we did not take lightly, considering the cost of SUVs- but we needed something that size for our family. We initially made a trip to the dealer to test drive a few vehicles to see if we could get a better idea of what we might be interested in. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jordan, we explained to him that we knew we needed an SUV, but weren't quite sure which one and wished to test drive a few to help make the decision easier. He was more than happy to help, and more than understanding when we told him we weren't going to be buying that day, we were still "shopping around" and trying to get a better feel for what we wanted. We test drove a 2015 Yukon and came to the decision that it was just a tad too big for what we really needed a this time. He took down our info and told us that if he could be of any help that we could just give us a call. We went to the other GM dealer to check out a few vehicles- while the rep was friendly, the first thing I noticed right off the bat (and ultimately one of our deciding factors for going to Moore in the end) was that Jordan had SO much more knowledge about the vehicles. I asked a ton of questions about the vehicles and never once did I get an "I'm not sure" or an "I don't know"- this was not the case at the other dealership. I was impressed that no matter how strange of a question I asked, Jordan had an answer. About a month later, and lots of comparing- we decided that we were ready to buy, and were really interested in the Acadias- for both the size and look. We went back to the dealership, and unfortunately Jordan was not there his time, but we were greeted by Ken. I must say, at first I was not interested in dealing with anyone other than Jordan since I was so impressed with him the first time, but Ken quickly changed my mind. He was equally as knowledgeable about the vehicles- and he wasn't pushy. I think what impressed me the most- is that he made our 5 year old feel included in the process of picking out a new family car. The actual paperwork process took a little time (no fault of his- it was actually our bank that delayed things). We were there past closing time- but not once did we feel like we were being rushed out so they could go home. I feel like we got one heck of a deal on this vehicle, we had nothing to trade in and no money down, yet we still were able to purchase it at a price that was about $5K under book value. I had a few minor things that needed to be addressed (2 minor dings just from being on the lot) and Ken was more than willing to get those things taken care of with very little inconvenience or hassle on my part. I am absolutely in love with my new vehicle (as is my daughter) and I don't see us ever buying a vehicle from anywhere else so long as we live in the area.
