Panchovilla Mexican Restaurant
Reviews
Great Customer Service. We mentioned to our server (Maralina) that we had just arrived in town the night before during casual tableside chit chat. During our meal the Manager (Bethany) stopped by to check on our meal and went out of her way to make sure that our first visit to the restaurant was great. Lunch special hours are 11 am to 3 pm, we arrived at 2:59 and our server made sure that the kitchen would provide lunch meals and prices even though our order wouldn't be put in until a few minutes after 3. We did not think the lunch prices were high and were extremely satisfied with the portion size. Trying the table side guacamole is a must! We will definitely eat there again.
We got stationed here and me and my husband have been desperately trying to find a decent authentic mexican restaurant. We gave this place a try. We were pretty disappointed. WAY ovetpriced. We were the only customers in there which is always a bad sign. The building is nice and inviting but if your looking for a mom and pop shop this isn't it. The salsa was decent and ended up being better than our meal. Pretty watery though with some small chunks of onion and cilantro. I got the enchalada tapatias one chicken two beef. The sauce was sweet and not your average enchalada sauce. The cheese on top tasted like shredded white velveeta. They use pepper and onion fillers inside the enchalada instead of just meat which gives the whole plate a sweet taste and not very mexican in my opinion. The rice and beans were both bland. My husband got the enchalada monterey and its a white cheese sauce on top. So it basically white velveeta sauce. We weren't impressed. And the kicker. Its expensive. Not worth the money for such mediocre food. We didn't even finish our plates. We couldn't do it. The waiter was nice but his co worker and him were laughing and making a lot of noise through out the whole meal. Hope I save someone from making the same mistake
We are from az, and we really really like this place, and I am picky! So delicious! Their fried ice cream was awesome!
The quality of service of Pancho's has demished tremendously. It improved temporarily when they replaced the manager, but it has continue to fall. Ensure you check your orders carefully prior to leaving.
Tres Agaves margaritas are the best!
