Perhaps providing training in customer service would her this place out because it is very minimal. it is embarrassing when service is lame even if its not busy? Aside from that GET RID OF THE STUPID uncomfortable TABLES with the same size stools. I understand this is a military town and expectations are low because behind one unhappy customer there are 3 customers coming in right behind them. Way to represent.
WOW all i can say. Was not busy. I went at 2pm to get some boneless wings and fries with a coworker. We first went to Twin Peaks, but since they did not have wings we decided to give Hooters a go. (Never had a problem before). The wings were good, the fries were under cooked and the Buffalo sandwich had no flavor. Waitress comes over AFTER we eat all our wings and asks how our food was. We told her how we felt and was like "oh, im sorry" and walked away. Wont be going here again for a while now. If we are the only 2 guys in there, i expect a lot better service.
Done trying. I am a huge fan of Hooters. This place is such a let down and really should lose its franchise. Four times I've tried it over the last year both dining in and to go and at all different times. Service is always slow or nearly non existent when dining in and food is either late, cold, or unsatisfactory when to go. Made an order 3 hours in advance and still waited 40 minutes for the wings while the fries just sat and got cold and soggy and (medium) wings are very small and hardly flavored. I would recommend every other Hooters from Illinois down to the first down in Tampa/Clearwater just not this hollow facade of a Hooters.
Awful service!!! They had me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes so I can place a To-go order. That's ridiculous! DONT EVER EAT HERE.
Too many motor marines. Also, Nasty jacksonville natives.
