AWESOME SERVICE SUPER NICE! FAST SERVICE! Just One of our plates took a little long, but they took it off the bill.

I was so disappointed by this Chili's. I frequent the one close to home a lot and love it but we were visiting a friend in Boone and took him out to dinner here. The service was subpar, the tableware was dirty, and the floors were sticky. First I ordered a mixed drink. The first one came to me in a noticeably dirty glass. I sent it back to the bar. It was taking forever to get back to me so my husband went to check on it. They were replacing it with yet another dirty glass. My husband literally cleaned one so they could serve me in a decent glass. Then once my food arrived I unrolled my flatware in front of the server only to find a dirty fork. There was an onion crusted on the front of it. Why did the person rolling the flatware not see that? Probably because half the staff is too busy socializing to wait on their customers. My husband and I ordered the same food. It was inconsistent despite being at the same table. I had more and bigger pieces of chicken making him feel cheated with his end bits. My friend's steak was so chewy it took him over two minutes to be able to swallow one bite. At my home location the managers always make their rounds to check on the customers, not at this location. They were no where to be found. I tried to make a complaint but I did not want to stand around waiting wasting my time so I left. I will not be returning. Oh and when I went into the restroom the floor outside was sticky. Moments later when I came out the floor had been 'mopped' and there were no caution signs. I nearly fell.

Ordered hamburger cooked medium rare with fries. Hamburger was done per requested. Also asked for extra crisp fries and they came out soggy and cool. Made wait staff aware and the answer was "well I asked them but it is hard you know." Then was asked if I wanted them to make another order, said no, by the time I get them I will be finished. My wife ordered quesadillas and they were dry and had very little meat and cheese. This is note a well run Chili's and will not revisit.

Poor service. Not enough servers to accommodate regular lunch crowd. Same problem on multiple visits. Waitress didn't think there was a manager on duty. Long wait for food.

Not a good experience. It was busy, but we sat for a good 10 minutes before we left and had not had our drink orders even taken. Need to do a better job.
