The Cabin is probably the best restaurant in the mountain village. It offers variations of classic dishes with local ingredients which are well executed. The bison rib-eye steak is easily the equal of any prime beef. The vegetables are well prepared, and the creme brulee was very creamy in texture. Service was friendly and efficient, and the informal ambiance was to my liking. It is slightly more expensive than any other place in the village, but comparable to mid to higher-end places in other cities or resorts. I recommend it highly.
Great lunch spot. We never had dinner, but the service was good, as well as the food. Great location, for sure. Especially if you ski in!
I sadly have not eaten here for a few years, but the owners and managers are incredibly friendly and the food is amazing. It's too expensive for me to eat at regularly for dinner, but worth a visit!
