Genghis Grill - Build Your Own Stir Fry
Reviews
My stir fry was not completely cooked. My chicken was raw and I now have stomach pain. I totally hope that I did not get salmonella or food poisoning.
So I made my little bowl and it was just a basic beef and broccoli dish with carrots onions and sir fry sauce. Upon receiving it we got a strong oder of porta potty! It was my bowl. So gross! I couldn't eat it. Our waiter was good and very apologetic he smelt it as well. I just had tea! For two teas and one bowl it was 23 bucks. So not worth it! I won't go back.
I so love it here. Its an awesome place to eat and the food is great.
Genghis Grill is a Mongolian style eatery with a fun atmosphere with a friendly and fun staff. You walk in the door and are seated immediately and then are prompted to order one of three size bowls. A person can't go wrong with the medium because most people can't finish that size so you'll have left overs for later. There is cafeteria type walk through line where you the customer gets to put as many raw meats and raw vegetables that you can stack in and on top of your bowl without falling over. I like the steak, shrimp, sausage, and crab meat personally then you can pick your own seasonings and vegetables then you bring it to the grill. You then select either a rice or a noodle for your side then the grill staff throw it all on the grill with separators all right there where the customer can see and ten minutes later your food is at your table. They have wonderful desserts too. I'm a little bias because my daughter works there as a waitress, but the food and flavor speaks for itself. This is a five star in my opinion. The price, the location, and the food can't be beat.
A great place to take the kids. I appreciated the attentiveness to my daughter's food allergies. The kids enjoyed watching their food being cooked. A much more affordable option to a hibatchi! The food was great, and I enjoyed being able to pick out exactly what I wanted cooked.
