My pizza looked like they forgot to put the jalapeños until after they put it in the oven. Also the crust on bottom of one of my pieces was soggy and ripped and was covered by cheese and toppings so I would see it. My wings had no flavor on them and now I feel sick after eating a few pieces. I tipped the driver and everything. Usually they are on point with everything but today was garbage.
Can't say I was terribly impressed with timeliness. Ordered online, received the confirmation email which said order ready in 15-25, showed up 35 minues later and was told to wait 10 more minutes for my order. Food was fine, but don't believe the timeline given.
The Papa John's restaurant at 1614 Pass Rd. has great food, service, and deals. The employees are always friendly and more then willing to fix any mistakes that may occur. The food is always delicious and there delivery time quotes are accurate to about 5 mins. I highly recommend dining or ordering from here. August 2012
pizza took forever to get here and when it did it was cold. Ordered pepperoni and had very little on it, but was sliced so thin, you could not even taste what it was. Will never order from papa johns again.
Pizza was hot and very good.
