Boomtown Casino Biloxi

Went to the Buffet on Thanksgiving day and it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. We use to frequent the buffet prior to Katrina, this was our first time back. But things have changed since we were there last. The food at the buffet was great like usual but,- the smoked filled room from the casino made it almost unbearable experience to sit there and eat. It is gross to sit there and try to enjoy a very expensive meal and all you can smell is smoke from the casino. Please boomtown- you have one of the best buffet's on the coast please, please put up some kind of barrier between the casino and the buffet entrance. There is nothing worse then smelling smoke while you are trying to eat dinner. Yuck Also it seems that there is not much ventilation in that casino because the smoke was so think, it make it hard to breath. On another note- I noted a lot of the wait staff, mostly women, had very dirty and slopped shirts. The tan shirts really show the dirt I would try darker shirts it made the servers look very sloppy and unclean. Kim M gulfport
Very pleased!!! I haven't eaten there in YEARS, and after going this past weekend I'm disappointed in myself for waiting this long. We went for the Saturday Seafood Extravaganza, and it was unbelievable. The crab legs were honestly the best I've ever had-- somewhat spicy on the "white part", and the legs had a perfect taste. Ribeye was as good or better than we've had at most steakhouses. The butterfly shrimp were the best! Definitely our new go-to place, especially since it's cheaper than other casino buffets, and a good "hidden gem"!!!
They do not care about players will not go there again food not good slow service . One time the machines stopped working we lost our point counts them we complained nothing happened then, they give you $ 5 after loosing a lot of money. I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE EVETYBODY I know I told them not to go there.
Paid thirty bucks for Fathers Day buffet, specifically to get a king-crab leg, and they were gone by 11:30AM. Only snow-crabs left. Disappointing.
We stopped by here again last week. Just for the buffet, because we never ate there before. It was great. We got a free birthday dinner and with comps the entire deal cost us 10 $. The buffet was tasty and most items fresh and looking good. Sushi was fresh and I liked the Asian corner at this one. Also the seafood was good. Service was fast and we never had to wait long for the drinks. The casino was redone and looks good. New machines as well. Sitting on the water and with a very inviting looking building I like this casino. Nice and cozy. Tables games are with low limits. Roulette is almost too low with 2.50 a spin. But we had a good time and stop by there next time again.
