Our family stopped in while visiting Two Harbors after the Kayak Festival. We had the ribs (made to perfection) and the trout with wild rice pilaf which was excellent. We talked with Jason the new owner just this July and found him to be very friendly. I will mention that they might need to hire some experienced waitstaff for the future but we had a wonderful experience and he mentioned that he will try to keep it open this winter for snow and ice enthusiasts. We ordered strawberry rhubarb pie and were delighted. Congressman Nolan paid us a delightful visit and made our stop by memorable.

One of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. I split a baked omelet and a blueberry pancake with my wife. The service was great and I would go out of my way to have breakfast here again. It was one of those meals that I won't forget for a long time!
