Friendly staff. Great vibe. Made us a delicious pizza after they were officially done serving food.

Now named "The Pub" I had first visited this pub several years ago and to be honest, I felt it was pretty so so. Recently, May 2013 we stopped into The Pub via the North Shore Railroad, it had dropped us off in Two Harbors for a couple hours to explore. We had already ate on the train, so have to admit we were focused on the beer, which we were pleasantly surprised to see The Pub had a solid selection of craft beers on tap as well as in bottles. The service and selection of craft beers were both exceptional. Also worth note: We found the local patrons to be friendly.

Not sure about the negative reviews but my husband and I came across this place when we were looking to kill some time before going to dinner at Ledge Rock Grille. The owner and bartender were both very friendly and accommodating. So much so that we decided to skip Ledge Rock and just have dinner there. It is bar food, not meant to be fine dining, but it's really good bar food. They're changing the name to "The Pub" soon. Definitely stop in if you're in the area, we're very glad that we did.

Very rude waitress grabbed the menu from my wife hands. Didn't even order because of the very rude behavior. Will never visit again.
