2 weeks after my vehicle purchase, the transmission went out. After several lengthy conversations with the sales associate, and me pleading for them to help out in any way or provide a reasonable resolution, I was told there is nothing they can do for me. I was also told several times that this can be expected when purchasing a $3,000 vehicle. Really? Here's 3 lines from your mission statement: “Our goal is to be an industry leader in providing unmatched quality automotive products and services.We will constantly strive to meet the changing needs of our customers. It is our mission to exceed our customers and employees expectations and maintain their loyalty for a lifetime.” In my opinion, you failed me on all 3 points. I will definitely share my disappointment with others.

These guys are life savers. I had just purchased a new F150 Lariat the week prior and had a meeting near Rochester, MN. This was about 250 miles away from my home and where I purchased the vehicle. When I was approaching Rochester, my BRAND new truck began making a terrible noise. I pulled into Rochester Ford and these guys not only got me in right away, but they got me out in time for me to make it to my meeting. This has been my third Ford purchase and wont be my last. I would highly recommend the service team at Rochester Ford.

Worth the hour and a half drive to pick up my 1998 Toyota Camry- It does not have that high-pressure, large dealership feel to it. Channon Miner was patient with me as I am not an impulse buyer, and I take my time making a decision. They don't pull any of the "you sit here while I talk to my boss about pricing" nonsense, the whole process went quickly. Prices also seem a lot less inflated on used cars compared to other dealerships, and most of the cars on the lot seemed in good shape for their age. I had an overall great experience with the used car buying, and a friend of mine loved the process for her new lease she got from Rochester Ford last year. Channon didn't try to convince me to look at a car I wasn't interested in. He isn't as intense as a lot of dealers out there and is more trustworthy because of that.

BEST SERVICE IN TOWN! So I have spent the last year with a different shop in town I will not name. I spent literally thousands of dollars on my vehicles with the same result of ended back up in the shop again. I had always thought going to the dealer would be more expensive, however I was wrong. When comparing in prices Rochester Ford was CHEAPER by an average of $100-$200 per repair. I recently met and worked with Josh in the service department. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my vehicles back on track. The techs did a great job and for the first time in two years I finally had my vehicle's fixed the right time. Josh will treat you right and for the right price. No hidden extra expenses at this shop. On one occasion I was waiting for my vehicle and a mechanic was literally running back and forth in attempt to get everyone out before the holiday's. He was happy to tell me he would have my done next. That's service! So if you are worried about being treated right or over paying GO TO ROCHESTER FORD they will treat you right! Don't believe me? Ask for a quote from other shops like I did (4 others I got quotes from) and they have been fair every time. Oh did I mention they stand behind their work? I spent $2000 getting my rear axle replaced at another shop, axle seals leaked after 1 year. Called them up and they said it was not under warranty by a week. ONE WEEK! Rochester Ford ended up helping with this. That's service I'll pay for every time!

I wanted to let you know that my experience with leasing my car (a Ford Escape) with my salesperson Kevin Noble and all my past experience with the service department has always been a very fulfilling one!! Everyone was always pleasant and tried to satisfy my every need. Scott Roberts is always making sure that my every need is taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership without a doubt as I have to all of my family and friends. ********
