In 2012, I leased my first Sentra from Lupient Nisson. What a great vehicle and experience of a dependable car. February, 2015, Nisson offered a "penalty-free pull-ahead offer" whereas a leasee could enter into a new lease prior to up to 3 months of their final payments. How exciting to "pull out" of Lupient Nisson's lot with a new 2014 Sentra SR Pure Drive with only 24 miles! The new longer and deeper body style, as well as, inviting lush interior complete with Bose stereo system AND up to 40 mpg/hwy is a consumers dream of a true value. However, the "TRUE VALUE" is Lupient Nisson's professional team from: owner-to sales representative-to finance-to mechanics-to service desk. No where else in my 40 plus years of buying and leasing vehicles have I ever experienced a flawless company. There is no room for doubt in my mind, that like the past 3 years, I will NEVER have a "bad car" day" with Lupient Nisson's sincere, knowledgeable, and resourceful staff that is ever mindful of my best interests. I look forward to seeing additional reviews like mine that solidify: once you enter Lupient Nisson, "your search will be over for a reliable vehicle coupled with a professional team that will be with you every mile of the way for all your years to come of driving." There are no "bad car" days when you are with the Lupient Nisson team. It only gets better!

I don't want to give it any stars. They are liars and cheats. We bought a car from them and asked before we bought it, "is anything wrong with it." They said the ABS sensor is out but other than that nothing is wrong and it runs great. We have all of our vehicles checked out they told us. We bought it and on the way home ran out of gas because the gas gauge said full but clearly that wasn't the case. We contacted them, and they said that the vehicle was "not worth their time to fix." That threw up a red flag since they said it was perfect. We got the report to them only to find out there is quite a bit wrong with the vehicle including important safety things like brakes that need immediate attention. They won't let us return the vehicle and won't fix it to bring it to the standards that they told us it was in. Stay away from these LIARS! They would put a family (they knew we had a toddler) in danger just to make a buck!! We have filed a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general's office. We have copies of their multipoint inspection that they performed when they bought the vehicle indicating many issues. We were not told about this until after we bought the vehicle.

Tyler and Rob will go the extra mile to make sure you get the right vehicle to meet your needs and at the right price. The service after the sale is what sets Lupient head and shoulders above the competition. I would highly recommend Lupient to anybody who wants to experience good old fashion service from people you can trust.
