I recently purchased my third vehicle from Kuehn Motors in Rochester, MN. I wanted a specific used vehicle and Mike K worked diligently to find what I wanted. There was some (expected) compromise on my part and the typical back and forth in negotiating price. I requested a couple of minor cosmetic flaws be addressed and those were taken care of immediately. I am now in a car I'm thrilled with, not only because it's what I wanted, but because I feel like it was at a great price. There are reasons why I've been doing business with Kuehn for ten years: they have a great team from sales to service, all with a focus on satisfying the customer. I'd recommend giving Kuehn Motors a shot at your business.

If I could give a lower star rating I would! They do NOT care about the customer whatsoever! We bought a truck from them and they said it was a very good truck! Just had the their mechanics look over it and it was great! Well it happened to be a "as is" vehicle. Not even a month after we drove it off of the lot the brake lines BROKE! They were so rusted that they crumbled?! They said they would fix it so we brought it back to them and after they "fixed" it they charged us $500!!! Not even a few months later the brake lines broke again........this time with my CHILDREN in the car and we took it straight to our mechanic. He had to replace both brake lines due to how old they were............... I HIGHLY recommend NOT going here!

Thank you Kuehn Motor Company Auto Body & Rental! I just had the BEST experience with them as they fixed the body of my car and used a rental of theirs while it was bring worked on. Everyone I talked with and dealt with was fantastic. The great customer service is very much appreciated and I trust them as a women customer. I'll be back there again!

Horrible customer service. They don't care about anything other then getting rid of their vehicles that are way overpriced.
